"Our furnace went out two days after Christmas which came as a surprise. Thankfully Andrea in the office got Alex out right away and he found that the unit was a mess and desperately needed replaced. Andrea quickly emailed me the specs on the new Carrier unit that would be installed and Alex came by after work hours to finish the sale. The install went well and communication was always excellent. Called up these guys and they were able to get me a new carrier furnace and the install went smooth and hassle free. I am very happy with my new purchase.
